OBJECTIVES & STRATEGY

Mithril’s objective is to create shareholder wealth through the discovery and development of mineral resources. The Company is focused primarily on nickel sulphide exploration and a key part of its strategy is the early identification of areas and projects that are prospective for economic nickel mineralisation. Mithril is a greenfield explorer operating in relatively under-explored terrains where potential for commodities other than nickel is often recognised in the course of exploration. As a result, our exploration portfolio provides exposure to copper, gold and a number of other commodities.

Key components of our strategy are:
• Advance existing greenfield projects towards discovery as quickly as possible
• Partner projects to leverage exploration expenditure and mitigate risk
• Identify and acquire advanced projects to increase the potential for success

Mithril has consolidated an extensive exploration portfolio of quality projects. The Company’s strategy is to advance these projects as quickly as possible to a drill test decision. Mithril has also commenced generative activities focused on identifying advanced opportunities with the goal of increasing the potential of discovery in the short term and producing a balanced portfolio of greenfield and advanced projects.
